Volunteer with AMA PDX Agency
AMA PDX Agency connects regional nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven businesses with skilled marketers for six months of pro-bono consulting that drives real impact. The program runs from March through August each year. Our applications open in November.
Serve on the AMA PDX Board
The AMA PDX Board defines our chapter with the energy and expertise of marketing professionals like you. Joining the AMA PDX Board offers a unique blend of leadership development and community engagement. As a board member, you'll contribute 5-15 hours monthly to strategic initiatives that strengthen our region's marketing community.
Each role provides distinct opportunities to expand your professional toolkit through hands-on experience in areas like email marketing, event production, financial management, and team leadership. Beyond building your resume, board service creates valuable connections with fellow marketing leaders and provides visibility within the vibrant business communities across Oregon and SW Washington. The board year runs from July 1 through June 30.
Our executive committee will review your application and will reach out to set up an interview to learn more about your interest and qualifications. If you are offered a board position, you will agree to follow the AMA PDX Code of Conduct and will be onboarded for service through the duration of the board year.
