The Pink Glove Dance, a video of hospital employees dancing posted on YouTube two months ago has now been viewed over 7 million times. The video is one of the top ten viral videos for the last two months. Business results include increased donations, sales of pink gloves, interest by health care workers joining Providence and even making Oregon’s oldest hospital… hip!

With a marketing career spanning high technology, consumer packaged goods, and health care, Claire Celeste has delivered consistent marketing results. She is currently the Marketing Director at Providence Health & Services, responsible for Providence Health Plans marketing including advertising, branding, online experience, member materials and mailings, newsletters, research, channel marketing, events, and sponsorships for both the consumer and business segments.
Her “peace of mind” campaign was a 2009 AMA Oregon “Best Integrated Campaign” award winner in the non-profit / government category and recognized nationally by HealthLeaders Media marketing awards. Prior to joining Providence Health & Services, Claire Celeste spent a decade in marketing and management at Intel including as the Operations Director for Global Marketing; was in brand management for Pillsbury; and worked at a Seattle advertising agency. She received her MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and her undergraduate degree from Washington State University.
